Anyone's Blog Got Zero-fied?

Mine! My phat blog's PR went from 3 to 0. The big, round egg! My PPP first post hasn't even been approved yet. Kinda bummed about this.

Should I worry about it? Anyone experienced this before?

If I remove all banners of money-making sites, will I get my PR3 back? Or PR2, for that matter?

Mr G must be going around again.. this seems that nowadays it is no longer like 3mths once... so far none of my blogs is affected yet though I really hate to jinx it you know and go and checking all the time..

Through experience, doing anything now would not result in any changes immediately. You have to wait for their next round which might be whenever. And no, removing any banners would not help. My woman blog from PR4 got smackdown to zero and though there is no banner whatsover, it has never regained its PR back :(..

But cheer up.. there are still ways to earn even without PR ok...

Oh btw.. that guy paid you already??

Hi LJ! Am I glad to hear from you. It's hard not having someone to talk to about this kind of issue, you know.

I noticed that the Google Robots have been visiting my blog when I checked my FeedBurner account last night. Little did I know that those robots are E-V-I-L. LoL!!

Anyway, I think from today onwards, I'm just going to make full use of all the opportunities from the websites I've registered with, such as SocialSpark and Blogsvertise. Btw, I received my first task from Blogsvertise today. Yay! At least, there's still hope.

I'm also thinking of setting up a new blog. Maybe something with a focused niche this time. Luckily, my craft blog retained its PR4. I made the right decision for not posting any of those money-making opps there.

Pssst..I'm also thinking of setting up a male-biased blog using my bf's identity. That means, blogging using his ideas and stuff. =) What do you think?

I know what you mean. It is totally frustrating to explain this to someone who don't know anything or don't care. I used to be obsessed with PR too simply coz the better the PR, the more earning opportunity but you know what I have relaxed a lot more now... coz I know it is possible to earn even with a PR0..lolzz...

Some pple say it is because of all these offers I've been doing for PPP but again to cite an example, my woman blog has NO PPP post and still look no PR ma!..hehhe.. so really MRG is really inconsistent.. They are so many views and opinion that I followed yet no PR for my BeingWoman (BW) blog. And then there is LJL, which is littered with PPP, SR, Blogsvertise, Smorty post and PR3... see what I am getting end..

In the end, I figured no win situation for paid postie, you are doomed if you do and doomed if you don't. Meaning, if you do it, your PR get smacked, and if you don't, your pocket gets smacked..:(... so while I still have my PR, I do whatever I can, grab whatever I can and have fun in the process, who knows might not last right?

Either way, in my opinion, the only reason why I care so much for PR is because of what it means in earning power, if not because of it, I won't even bother.. what's the point of having a high PR if my blog is not earning me ching-ching.. :)

Oh! I think setting up another blog using your bf identity is great.. Just remembe it is a men's point of view.. lol.. don't get side-tracked later if you have a very male opinionated comment..lolzz..

I'm not going to be bothered about my PR anymore, even though I know that means I cannot sign up for ads that require better PR. =)

You're right, let's do whatever we can to maximise our online income eh? Oh ya, now that my PR is zero, maybe the guy rejected my Cellerciser post? I'll just wait and see, I guess.

Hehe come to think of it, I'll just start another website with a specific niche. Starting a male blog is going to be too challenging for a feminist me. ;)

I have 6 most active, LJL, LLP, BW, CT, MFP and MMO... the rest are all supporting blogs for MMO ;).. I don't think I will start any more blogs soon.. already a handful don't you think...lolzz

A woman blog is so easy to maintain.. so many thing can include, recipes, household tips.. etc etc.. have fun!!!

Yeah 6 blogs is a lot, but then I know a few bloggers who have like more than 10? Crazy. I mean, sure you can get more cash through Adsense but then they require a lot of time to maintain. =) Then again, you're blogging full time, so that's fine.

Right now, the most profitable program I joined is NuffNang. I don't get much, but at least every month I get more than 2 ads. My Adsense is not doing so well, I guess am not attracting the right people who actually would click Adsense ads. Lol!!

Nuffnagg is not even giving me ads..lol.. not enuff traffic i guess.. GP was puzzled that I had never gotten an ad from them b4. Mine are all generic ones..hehhe..

I reached payout for Adsense this month!! wohoo!! after close to 1.5years of blogging..slow but steady.. most of my clicks come from my woman blog coz even i can see it is the most relevant to the content!! all in one.. Hurray for my woman blog even with PR0! lolzz.. eh one more program you may want to consider is payu2blog.com

This program is the main earner for me right now.. i have 3 blogs with them and easily earning like USD200 easy with the.. sometimes more... though most of their offers are USD5 but it is consistent... but they are a bit "leceh".. GP almost given up with them. She applied so many times without success.. but you may want to give it a try.. who know??? No referral fee for this one.. just go to the payu2blog.com and register..

I am definitely not going to start another blog unless I got preggy or something.. now that is something to blog abt....lolzz!!

Hurray for your Adsense! :) I've read about it but still can't imagine how a few people can get thousands of dollars per month with Adsense. One of the easiest way is to start a photo blog, it seems. Heck everyone is doing it so it won't be special or different anymore, eh?

Guess what? I've joined PayU2Blog, but haven't got approved! It's been 6 days!

Hey, I was actually thinking about that preggy idea. Uhmm not that I want to get preggy now (eeekkkss!) but if I start a woman blog, then I can write about that and before that, talk about getting married and stuff or how I got married without a wedding reception. LoL! (pssstt..you and Marzie ler, when la? Hehe)

You know when I applied for Payu, there was no reply for the longest time until my woman blog got a whopping PR4.. then they approved.. heheh.. and just yesterday, they approved my cat blog and my food blog...kacing!!!

Don't be disheartened, they do take a while to approve your blog :)

Yeah, a woman blog can cover anything.. from preggy to difficulties to getting preggy.. your upcoming nuptial, lots of things.. doesn't it look even more appealing now?? heheh... .. no luck yet lah in the baby department though not through lack of trying..lolzz!!

Oh no, maybe because phat is now PR0? Oh well, not my luck, I guess.

Eh if you get preggers then you can't stay up much, you can't sit too long for that matter. =) I think I want two kids, max. Don't think I'll be able to afford more, you know. I don't know about you, though. I can't imagine having like 8 kids like the people during our grandma's time. I really salute those people. When my grandma was preggers (I don't remember with which aunt or uncle cuz she has 7 including my dad), she still went to paddy field and do her daily chores.

My bf is the 7th of 8, imagine that. I kind of like it because during Christmas, it's really MERRY! =) I'm the eldest of 3.
